Stargazing at the House
On August 1st we’re putting the stars and stillness top of the agenda with our “Stargazing at the House” spa evening.
We’re drawing on the principles of reconnecting with the Earth’s natural energy by looking skyward at the stars while floating in our outdoor pool, cosseted in the therapeutic waves of a sound bath. Designed to reduce stress and enhance mood, our evening aims to guide guests into a calm and relaxed state of mindfulness.
Guests will be welcomed to “Stargazing at the House” with a glass of Gusborne and use of our extensive spa facilities. As dusk falls, the outdoor pool is our focal point where floating beds and cosy blankets will be ready for an hour’s sound bath. As well as being immersed in the vibrations of the crystal bowls and percussion instruments, guest will fully embrace the stargazing experience while floating under West Sussex’s Dark Sky Reserve.
Stargazing at the House is priced at £120 per person and is payable at the time of booking and non-refundable (in the case of rain, the event will take place in the indoor pool).
