Our all-day menus mean you can set the seal on your day. Whether it’s a light lunch or a long leisurely brunch on the sun terrace with a bottle of fizz, you set the pace and we’ll follow.
Children’s Menu
To keep our younger guests happy, we’ve got a menu packed with quality, seasonal ingredients and fresh flavours. Just like the adults, they can choose their own two courses with plenty on offer to satisfy even the fussiest eaters!
Afternoon Tea
A timeless tradition for a special occasion or for those with a sweet tooth! While away the afternoon soaking in the Sussex countryside whilst enjoying warm sausage rolls, salmon and horseradish blinis, and classic scones with cream and jam.
Pool Menu
If you’re spending the day with us at the pool, we’ll make sure you stay well fed and hydrated. You can choose from a variety of nibbles and main meals, as well as a little sweet treat, or two!

Whether you’re enjoying one course or four, dinner with us is always to your taste. Utilising seasonal and locally sourced ingredients from Sussex makers and artisans, our menus are Modern British, packed with flavour and considerate to the environment.
Sunday Lunch
We’re bringing the Sunday Lunch tradition back and have created a feast of Sunday comforts enabling you to relax and catch up with your family or besties. Served 12 – 4pm, our menus are market fresh so let us know when you’d like to join us – outline if it’s meat, game or fish and we’ll liaise with our local butcher and fishmonger.
