We’re known for our friendly guest welcome and the biggest asset we’re looking for is a broad smile and a willingness to learn more about the art of hospitality. Needless to say, we do love experience too, but if you are new to hospitality we are happy to teach you the ropes and sharpen up your service style.

Park House has several different departments; from cooking up a storm in our kitchen which focuses on local and sessional ingredients – helping guests relax in our spa with some well-earned me-time – to putting your best Mrs Hinch tips into practice in our housekeeping department.

Food and Drink

Commis Chef

Working alongside our head chef you will learn skills and techniques that will help you develop your own signature style.


Our servers work mornings (breakfast and lunch) or in the evenings (afternoon tea to supper) and are the new generation of our guest experience. We’ve been welcoming guests since the late 1920’s and still create a house party atmosphere due to our easygoing yet professional service style.

F&B Supervisor

Working alongside our F&B Manager, you’ll learn how to run, and take ownership, of the F&B operation at the House.

Sous Chef

Working with our head chef, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the kitchen; leading our kitchen brigade, planning menus and training new staff.
