For New Year we’re stepping back to a time when MINI Coopers and mini skirts, Twiggy, The Beatles and The World Cup were the decade’s big headlines.
For New Year 2023 we’re harking back to the 60’s for a two-night programme of fun-loving antics at the House. There will great food and entertainment and plenty of opportunity to let your hair down. And best of all we’ll have dancing to the decade’s hit-parade adding to the House party vibe.
Our 60’s New Year’s programme is based on a 2-night House Party and swings into action on Sunday 31st December 2023. Join us in the afternoon and we’ll get you in the mood with an arrival festive snowball or babycham and some retro cheese and pineapple sticks. You can then check into your room to get glammed, backcombed and bouffed for the night ahead. Our New Year’s Eve party starts with canapes and a Nyetimber reception and is followed by a three-course dinner in our party barn that will draw on our fantastic local larder. There will be dancing to throwback tunes and a firework display to mark the New Year.
On New Year’s Day we expect you’ll need a lie in, which means we’ve a lazy brunch including bottomless Nyetimber from 9am – 2pm. You can spend an afternoon at the spa or clear your head with a South Downs winter walk. New Year’s Day will be rounded off with a three-course dinner. Early night or nightcap, it’s up to you.
The next day, 2nd January, we’ll have breakfast ready for departure or, of course, you are welcome to stay at the House an extra night.
Our New Year’s programme is priced from £675 per person based on a two-night stay. If you’d like an extra night at the House rooms on the 2nd and 3rd January 2024 are priced at £200 per room.
