Tayler McCabe has stepped up to the pass as head chef at Park House Hotel and has brought a wealth of experience to the West Sussex bolthole.
Tayler has honed his skills working in the area’s headline hotels including the Spread Eagle Hotel and Spa and Baillifscourt Hotel and Spa. Most recently, Tayler worked at Chichester College where he was responsible or feeding students, lecturers and visitors bringing scale of service to his repertoire.
His approach to food reflects Park House’s wider drive for local and sustainable practices and enables Tayler to draw on the rich array of producers and suppliers in the area. Tayler’s menus are Modern British in style, packed with flavour and considerate to the environment.
Tayler has created new seasonal menus for 2022, which encompass all-day dining, afternoon tea and Sunday lunch, as well as menus for groups.
