Just a short drive from Park House, Roebuck Estates is home to one of the region’s most picturesque vineyards, where traditional methods and hand-crafted techniques produce a collection of award-winning vintage sparkling wines. This years’ experience offers the perfect blend of countryside comfort, great food and immersive discovery.
Enjoy an overnight stay in one of our individually designed Superior bedrooms, followed by a relaxed dinner celebrating seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. After a restful night, enjoy breakfast before heading to Roebuck Estates for your guided vineyard tour. Wander through the vines, learn about the craft behind their winemaking and round off your visit with a tutored tasting of their signature vintages.
