Set against the calm of the South Downs, this experience blends great wine, seasonal food and country-house comfort.
This intimate experience begins with a tutored tasting hosted by Julien Le Pévédec, Regional Manager at Roebuck, who will guide you through a selection of Roebuck’s standout vintages. Afterwards, enjoy a four-course dinner featuring refined seasonal dishes crafted to complement Roebuck’s sparkling wines.
From crisp cod canapés with caviar to a fragrant cornfed chicken terrine, and rich confit pork belly with apple and savoy cabbage. The experience finishes with two desserts, including a bright seabuckthorn crème and a decadent salted caramel tart, each thoughtfully paired with Roebuck’s standout vintages.
After dinner, settle into your room and enjoy a relaxed start to the next morning with a hearty Park House breakfast.
