Step into the heart of the English countryside on Friday 5^th September for an exclusive, hands-on harvest experience at Roebuck Estate, followed by an overnight stay at the House.

Arrive at Roebuck Estate in the morning and ease into the day with fresh tea & coffee before heading out into the rolling West Sussex vineyards where you’ll spend a few hours harvesting Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes with the Roebuck team—the very fruit that becomes Roebuck’s celebrated sparkling wines.

Pause to savour the moment with a glass or two of sparkling wine, and your own picnic if you wish, from their Viewpoint across the beautiful countryside.

Head down the road to the House where you can check into your Superior Room and unwind in the spa. Swim, steam or gym – it’s up to you! And if the late September sun is out, you can even relax poolside.

As evening falls, enjoy a two-course dinner for two in our dining room, where seasonal ingredients and local flavours take centre stage.
