- 21 individually styled bedrooms including South Down Cottage, Baytree Cottage and Polo Cottage;
- 10 acres of manicured gardens, glorious grounds and far-reaching views in every direction;
- leisure facilities including superbly presented grass tennis courts, 6 hole par 3 18-tee golf course, putting green, croquet and bowls lawns;
- use of the spa including 15 metre indoor swimming pool, outdoor heated swimming pool (May – September) Jacuzzi, saunas, steam room (please note spa usage is not exclusive);
