Unwind over an evening of seasonal flavours, flowing Nyetimber and relaxed alfresco dining in the peaceful surroundings of our West Sussex country house. Begin with Chilgrove gin and vodka cocktails alongside elegant canapés, before gathering on the terrace for dishes served fresh from the grill and thoughtfully paired wines. Hosted by Nyetimber Brand Ambassador Zoë Dearsley, the evening is designed to feel easy, sociable and unhurried, with overnight accommodation, breakfast the following morning, and full access to the spa and leisure facilities included.
